Great property

Fantastic location and fits a big family. As a large family we usually struggle to find accommodation that will fit us and have to compromise on quality taking whatever we can get. This apartment fit us all easily without the kids having to share double beds and waking each other all night. Brilliant. Will definitely go back.

Perfect location, cleaning needs improvement

Biggest positive-location. View of ocean, direct entry unit to pool. Right in heart of Esplanade. Very spacious for 7 adult female friends. Biggest negative was cleanliness of unit. Had to call G1 properties to explain bad smell in unit (was smell from old prawns from a couple of weeks ago). To their credit they immediately sent a cleaner to fix but overall cleanliness needs to improve. Aircon in bunk room also needs to be checked as was hot. G1 - fix cleaning & this is a great unit!
