Absolutely loved the views. We witnessed an amazing sunrise! Close to everything you need! Patrolled beach at your doorstep!

Mooloolaba’s best kept secret

From the moment you walk into the unit you are greeted with the most stunning views of Mooloolaba beach and marina. The decor and furnishings are of the highest standards and there was nothing that the unit didn’t include. The ‘linen package’ was a bonus so that when you arrived everything was ready to go. We spent 3 glorious nights there and will definitely be returning... thank you Parkyn Place no.7 ... we have fabulous memories from our stay.

Perfect in Every Way

Parkyn Place & was a welcoming home away from home, the owners have provided everything you could want and more. The views are like the bridge on a cruise ship amazing day and night. Quiet, peaceful, amazing, loved every minute.

Amazing but cleanliness needed attention

Positives Incredible view! Just beautiful Great bed, wonderful shower & comfy furniture. Good sized kitchen with large fridge & dishwasher.
Amazing access to beach & ideal proximity amenities

Negative
Dried Blood spot on children’s bedspread (looked like had been laundered but stain not come out)
Wicker place mats had food remnants in the creases
Plates, bowls & glasses were incomplete sets
Plates in poor condition badly scratched
Plastic cups & plates dirty in cupboard
